I am pretty sure that most of the people will answer for money, that is the traditional way of think, we work because we need money, but for more 0 than you could have in your payroll check, there are other factors which influence at the moment to take decisions.

We spend a lot of hours at work, is almost our second house and our second family, but not all has to be related to work, is necessary enjoy the environment and have a little of fun doing our daily activities, this helps to our brain to relax and to avoid get stressed, feel the support of our colleagues will make us feel more comfortable.
