Privacy policies of Cross Referral INC

Cross Referral INC (“Cross Referral", “we", “our" or “us") values your privacy. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy"), we describe the information we collect, how we use it, and when and with whom we share it. This Policy applies to all sites, mobile applications and other online services (collectively, “Platform") made available by Cross Referral Inc. Unless explicitly stated otherwise herein, this Policy applies only to information collected on or through the Platform, and does not apply to information collected or obtained by or by any other means (including, but not limited to, information collected offline, in person, over the phone and / or by mail, or from third parties outside the Platform). Undefined capitalized terms used in this document will have the definitions set out in our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Platform, you accept this Policy. Information We Collect

How we collect and store information depends on how you access and use the Platform. We collect information in multiple ways, including when you provide information to us directly, when you allow third parties to provide information to us, and when we passively collect information from you, such as information collected from your browser or device. We may collect information about you or others through affiliates of Cross Referral Inc or non- affiliated third parties. If you access the Platform through your Facebook account, you can allow us to access certain information on your Facebook profile. Protection of Cross Referral Inc and others. We may disclose your information to whomever is necessary when we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Use, or any other legal terms that govern the

Online analysis and personalized advertising.

Analytics

We can use third-party web analysis services on the Platform, such as Google Analytics. Update, delete and correct your information.

You can review, correct and delete certain information about yourself by logging into the Platform and navigating to your preferences page in “Your Control Panel". You should immediately update your Account information if it changes or is inaccurate. Upon request, we will close your account and delete your profile information as soon as possible. We may retain information from Closed Accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed,

resolve disputes, resolve problems, assist with any investigation of any user, enforce our Terms of Use and / or for any other purpose otherwise. allowed by law that we deem necessary in our sole discretion. Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may choose not to sell “personally identifiable information" for monetary consideration to one person so that person may license or sell such information to additional persons. “Personally identifiable information" includes first and last name, address, email address, telephone number, Social Security number, or an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted physically or online.

Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your personal data will be processed by us in the United States, where privacy and data protection regulations may not

offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. Employees of Cross Referral Inc. and job applicants for jobs at Cross Referral Inc. are also not covered by this Supplemental Privacy Notice.

Summary we collect.

Metrics

California law may require us to collect the following metrics for the prior calendar year: the number of rights requests received, fulfilled, and denied, as well as the average number of days within which we responded to those requests. To the extent that this obligation applies to Cross Referral Inc, we will update this section after CCPA has been in effect for one year.
