Cross Referral INC (“Cross Referral", “we", “our" or “us") values your privacy. Update, delete and correct your information.

You can review, correct and delete certain information about yourself by logging into the Platform and navigating to your preferences page in “Your Control Panel". You should immediately update your Account information if it changes or is inaccurate. Upon request, we will close your account and delete your profile information as soon as possible. We may retain information from Closed Accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed,

resolve disputes, resolve problems, assist with any investigation of any user, enforce our Terms of Use and / or for any other purpose otherwise. allowed by law that we deem necessary in our sole discretion.
